L’île d’Oléron and l’Oumière sports centre is allowed to welcome sports federations preparing for the Games since November 2019. 

This peaceful, protected island is used to welcoming athletes.  The French women’s football team trained here before the London Games and a stage of the Tour de France took place on l’île d’Oléron in 2020.
