Une multisports gymnasium regularly welcoming high level handball teams and validate by Sylvain Nouet, ancient trainer of the handball male French team, Olympic medalist in 2008 and 2012.
Handball
Handball is played in the multisport hall of 1295m² and is of national sports standards.
Spectator seating for 306 of which 7 are accessible for people with disabilities. The special floorcovering minimises the risk of injury when jumping.
Over the years, the centre has welcomed preparatory sessions for a variety of national teams that have enjoyed the facilities on offer:
- the Under-17 Tunisian men’s handball team in 2016 for preparatory training,
- the junior French and German handball teams during Franco-German exchanges in 2014 and 2018,
- the French Under-21 handball team, world champions, preparing for the Euros in 2016
- Saran, handball French team playing in division 1 in 2021
